Quality and Certifications

DEA SYSTEM SPA, obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification in 2005 to:

• regularly supply customers with products that satisfy their requirements and anticipate their demands so to deliver a product that exceeds their expectations and to offer an added value in comparison with the concurrence;
• assure a continue improvement to DEA performance, with particular attention to those processes directly influenced from product quality and service;
• support and motivate all staff in promoting product quality through an internal acknowledgement of internal or external suggestions.
